The site as a whole is provided “as is” and “as available.” Aprilia of Valdosta expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a purpose.

 

Order Liability and Pricing

 

We strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, but errors may occur. We have the right to cancel any and all orders placed for a product with an incorrect price or information. If your credit card has been charged for a canceled order, we will issue a credit for the amount charged. While we maintain a large inventory, we may not have every part in stock. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for orders to be processed and shipped, especially if a part needs to be ordered from the manufacturer.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Under no circumstances shall Aprilia of Valdosta, CCC Powersports LLC, or their affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, this site. We have no control over a manufacturer’s decision to supersede a part. In most cases, if a superseded part is offered, it is because the original part has been discontinued. If you do not want a superseded part, please notify us at the time of your order.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We work hard to fulfill orders quickly, and early notification is essential.
