Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items Only)

We only replace or address items if they arrive defective or damaged due to our error.

If your item arrived damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or a partial remedy.

To Process a Damaged Item Claim:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us directly at {email address}.

Strictly Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Under no circumstances can the following items be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for damaged-goods review. All sale items are strictly final.

  • Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

  • Intimate & Sanitary Goods: Personal care or intimate products.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or other hazardous materials.

  • Digital & Gift Items: Gift cards and downloadable software products.

Approved Exchanges & Shipping

If we approve an exchange for a defective or damaged item, please follow these guidelines:

  • Process: Email us at {email address} and mail your item to: {physical address}.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for sending your item back. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable.

  • Tracking & Insurance: If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item.

  • Delivery Time: Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and it arrived damaged, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the exchange once the item is received and inspected.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, any approved resolution or communication will be sent directly to the original purchaser.
